Shipping policy
ASF («we», «us», «our») delivers only digital products — CNC files, BIM components, PDF guides, Excel tools, and other fabrication‑related digital assets. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how we «deliver» your purchase.
1. WHAT «SHIPPING» MEANS HERE
We do not use trucks, trailers, or flatbeds. Instead, «shipping» means electronic transfer of your purchased file(s) to your designated email address or our online platform.
Delivery is considered complete the moment the file is made available for download or sent to your email.
2. DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING

Instant Delivery: Most products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. You will receive a download link or the file itself as an attachment to the email you provided during checkout.

Maximum Delay: In rare cases (e.g., payment verification, system maintenance), delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your order within 24 hours, contact us at tricliff@mail.com or +1 (531) 363-8966.
3. YOUR EMAIL, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for providing a valid, working email address at checkout.

If you enter an incorrect email address, we are not obligated to resend the files. However, upon verifying your identity and order details, we will make a reasonable effort to forward the files to the correct address.

We recommend adding tricliff@mail.com to your address book to prevent spam filters from blocking your download link.
4. DOWNLOAD LIMIT AND STORAGE

Each purchase includes a limited number of download attempts (usually 3‑5) to protect our intellectual property. After the limit is exceeded, the link expires.

You are responsible for downloading and saving the files to your own secure storage. We do not maintain permanent copies of every customer’s files.
5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Because all deliveries are electronic, there are no customs, duties, or shipping delays. We sell to customers worldwide. However, please ensure that the product you purchase does not violate any export restrictions or local laws in your country — you are solely responsible for compliance.
6. LOST OR UNDELIVERED FILES
If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or you simply did not receive the email, contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will verify your order and provide a new download link or send the file directly. After 7 days, we may charge a small administrative fee for manual resending.
7. RELATION TO RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This Shipping Policy is part of our overall customer service framework. If you believe your order was not properly delivered, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for your remedies. Generally, technical delivery issues are resolved by resending the files — not by automatic refunds.
